WISE’s Mobile Vegetable Shop transformed the lives of 500 women smallholder farmers in Coast and Morogoro, connecting them to vibrant markets and increasing their incomes. Through access to extension services, modern farming techniques, and self-help groups with savings and credit, women gained economic independence and resilience.

The project strengthened women-led farmers’ organizations, amplifying their voices in decision-making and fostering community development.
