Women's entrepreneurship centers.
Women In Social Entrepreneurship empowers marginalized women through the establishment of vibrant women centers. These community hubs provide essential resources like office space, computers, and cottage industries – including processing machines for cashews (sorting, deshelling, grilling, packaging) – and cold drink sales. Conference facilities and food stalls further enhance their functionality. Crucially, these centers act as both information hubs and income-generating ventures. Profits are reinvested, providing small loans to members, covering operational costs, and distributing annual dividends, creating a sustainable model for economic empowerment. Capacity building in financial literacy is also a key component of the centers' impact.
